The town of Apex will be getting a new senior development by Oliver Development LLC. The property of 14.61 acres is proposed to have 284 units, and will have a prime location near South Hughes Street, Apex Peakway.

Westford PUD Approved

The town of Apex will be getting a new mixed-use development by PFI Suntree, LLC. The property of 108.92 acres is proposed to have 626 units, and will have a prime location near Green Level Church Road.
