November 17, 2009 Council Meeting Minutes approve the conditional rezone and major site plan for Village Summit Apartments We will watch for the building permit and keep you informed.

Village Summit Approved

The town of Apex will be getting a new apartments development by Apex First Development. The property of 9.57 acres is proposed to have 208 units, and will have a prime location near US Highway 64, Windy Road.

Salem Village, Ph 1 & 2 Approved

The town of Apex will be getting a new single family development by Winslow Properties. The property of 143.51 acres is proposed to have 282 units, and will have a prime location near Apex Peakway, Tingen Road.

Parkside at Bella Casa Approved

The town of Apex will be getting a new single family development by Parkside Development Group, LLC.
The property of 9.02 acres is proposed to have 23 units, and will have a prime location near Whistling Quail Run.

Cambridge Village Approved

The town of Apex will be getting a new senior development by Oliver Development LLC. The property of 14.61 acres is proposed to have 284 units, and will have a prime location near South Hughes Street, Apex Peakway.
