The town of Apex will be getting a new single family development by LHP Development LLC, Royal Oaks Building Group. The property of 11.09 acres is proposed to have 23 new homes, and will have a prime location near Evans Road.

Cambridge Village of Apex Gets Building Permits

Permits were issued for 284 units of an independent living facility at Apex Peakway & S. Hughes Street to General Contractor Wishon & Carter Builders, Inc.

Upon close analysis of government records, a discrepancy may exist in the planning department and the way they track population estimates. With only 3 commercial permits having been issued the formulas being used in the development report to calculate population counts will be inaccurate.
